My Story

Human behavior and the human mind were always areas of interest as my life developed. The more I learned about human behavior, the more I wanted to know. Psychology introduced me to a deeper level and inspired me to dig into the brain’s neuroplasticity.

Interesting observation on human behavior

It is fascinating to me to see that people love upgrades. We spend a fortune upgrading our phones and TVs to the latest model, Our cars to the newer model that is more officiant, and our homes to one with a better location, better schools, and better neighborhoods. We continuously upgrade something material, but we forget the most important part – our brain.

We leave life with beliefs and understanding instilled in us as kids. Those are all thoughts, perspectives, and/or beliefs that are emotionally or culturally passed down from our families. Often, the lens through which we see the world is shaped by our parents and grandparents and can be influenced by culture, ethnicity, and events. We pass along through words, actions, and attitudes – consciously or not – what we know or believe to be true, even if it’s not. As a result, we live life pretty much on autopilot.  know, or what we believe to be true, even if it’s not. As a result, we live life pretty much on autopilot.

The Childhood Adversity

I had the opportunity to study without realizing how close childhood adversity was to my family. Just because the issue is invisible, we often tend to ignore it and not see it, or we are unaware of it, as it was in my case. My dad passed away at 61, and the medical reasoning didn’t satisfy my gut feeling. I continue to ask myself, Why? So, I started digging more deeply. One thing led to another, and subsequently, I discovered Marisa Peer and the Rapid Transformational Therapy – RTT®

RTT® helped me with the answer to my questions. My dad has been struggling with childhood adversity very quietly without bothering anyone. But keeping it all for himself didn’t resolve the issue. It made it worse. Marisa Peer often says, “Suppressed feelings that can’t find a way out make other organs weep.” My dad’s suppressed feelings certainly cost him his life. Childhood trauma is very real, and we don’t talk enough about it.

I say all this a bit too late to help my dad, but on the other hand, I have an answer now and skills to help other people overcome limiting beliefs and upgrade their lives.

The power of Rapid Transformational Therapy

RTT® is taking influences from modern psychology, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, healing, counseling, and coaching. While I deeply respect these more traditional approaches, RTT® is a simplified therapy to make it faster, more efficient, and more solution-oriented for everyone.

Today, as a Rapid Transformational Therapy Therapist, I am equipped with the knowledge and the tools to help others find the root of their problems and rapidly upgrade their lives. Indeed, understanding the power of the mind and knowing how to use it to your own advantage is the most extraordinary gift we have as a human.
